Vintage Walt Disney Productions THUMPER Salt & Pepper Shakers.. Ceramic Pottery
A vintage pair of ceramic pottery salt and pepper shakers. These cut little shakers depicting the Disney Character Thumper are marked on the back "WALT DISNEY PRODUCTIONS" along with the Trademark symbol. These marks are incised into the ceramic pottery that these little figures are cast in. They each measure approximately 3 1/4" tall. They have hand painted features on their faces and their little paws have painted toes. Most of the paint on the toes has worn off one shaker and some of the toes are worn on the other (see photos). Other than the toe ware they are in very good condition with little wear and no chips or cracks. The original corks on both have slipped inside and we did not attempt to remove them. We purchased these from a local estate and they are very early old Disney pieces.
