An unusual antique pink luster cup and saucer that features an image of two ladies in Welsh costume having tea together. The words "WELSH FARMERS DAUGHTERS" are below the picture. The saucer measures 5" in diameter and the cup is 3" in diameter at the mouth and 3" tall. Cup and Saucer are trimmed in gold and gold trim is somewhat worn (see photos). The cup is marked "MADE IN W GERMANY" on its bottom (see photos). There are couple brown spots in the pink luster glaze that are a result of the firing process which typical and often found on the pink luster ware (see photos). Both cup and saucer are in overall good vintage preowned condition with no chips or cracks (see photos).
