Matched Pair Vintage Antique Grooved Wooden Butter Paddles Shapers.. Germany
A set of two vintage matched wooden butter paddles. Each measures approximately 9 1/2" x 2 7/8". They are grooved on one side in order to allow the buttermilk to drain out when pressing freshly made butter. Each handle has an impressed "GERMANY" mark impressed into the wood on the non-grooved side. There are some minor marks and stains (mostly on the non-grooved sides) (see photos), otherwise they are in good vintage preowned and usable condition (see photos).
