Vintage 1940's MILK GLASS Covered Canister Jar Hand Painted Green & Pink Roses
This is a fabulous milk glass container that would have numerous uses in your shabby chic décor! It is the old, thin type milk glass accented with gold and hand painted with pretty roses and leaves. It measures approximately 9" high with lid on and 4" high with lid off, and 5 1/4" in diameter. The gold is lightly worn and there is a tiny chip on the top rim that is only noticeable on very close inspection (see photos). Otherwise it is in good, vintage condition with no cracks or other chips.
