A pretty open heart necklace with open heart set with Cubic Zirconia. The heart is on an 18" chain. The heart measures approximately .75" x .75". The heart is marked "925 FAS" and the 18" chain is marked "925 ITALY FAS". This beautiful necklace is in very good vintage pre-owned condition (see photos).
