Vintage Native American Penobscot Round Carrier / Tote Basket
This Native American Penobscot round carrier tote basket was purchased from of local collectors estate. We were told that the basket was originally purchased in the early 1930's as an item that was marketed to tourists. The basket portion of the tote is approximately 7" in diameter. The handles extend out from the basket about 5". One side of one of the handles has become unattached. Otherwise it is in good vintage pre-owned condition (see photos)
