Vintage 1913 Coin Bank With Key.. THE SAVINGS TELLER.. First National, Portland, Oregon
A vintage metal bank given out by the First National Bank of Portland, Oregon. These were often given out to advertise the bank to new and existing customers. There are slots on all sides for cents, nickels, dimes, quarters and halves and a hole in the base for bills. Below the slots are markings to measure how many coins have been saved. It comes with its original key which is very rare. The bottom is marked "THE SAVINGS TELLER" and "THE AUTOMATIC RECORDING SAFE CO." as well as the latest patent date of 1913. It is in good vintage pre-owned condition (see photos)
