4 Vintage New Years Paper Party Hats.. Foil Cardstock With Feather.. Mid Century
A lot of four vintage die cut 1940's - 1960's foil cardstock party hats. They are each approximately 7"- 8" tall with elastic chin strap. The lot includes three styles. There is some creasing, edge wear, inside discoloration and minor scuffs (see photos) Overall they are in good vintage pre-owned used condition (see photos).
