A vintage hatpin holder. It is approximately 4 7/8" tall. It is marked "HAND PAINTED NIPPON". It has a pretty green and pink rose design on white background with gold mariage accent. There is light wear to gold on top and bottom edge (see photos). Over all it is in very good vintage pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks (see photos).
